Guarantee:

• Unless stated otherwise, all animals are guaranteed to be healthy, feeding, and correctly sexed (in the case of snakes, sex guarantee does not apply to lizards).
• Animals shown to be unhealthy within 48 hours of arrival or purchase will be replaced. Please notify us as soon as possible within this 48 hour period.
• We do not assume responsibility for illness or injury to the animal by the purchaser due to incorrect, improper, or inhumane husbandry practices. We are more than willing to answer any husbandry questions before and after sale.
• No sales to anyone under the age of 18.
• Certificate or documentation provided upon request for all animals.

Payment and Pricing:

• We accept cash, bank drafts, money orders, and PayPal.
• To hold or reserve an animal, a 25% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required.
• All prices listed are in Canadian funds.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.

Shipping and CITES:

• We are a new company and currently do not have the experience to ship. Pickup is preferred at this point in time.
